Job role & Responsibilities

Responsible for providing professional advice cost quotation and quality customer services to customers regarding vehicle service repairs and maintenance.
Provide technician with information about the vehicle that needs to be inspected.
Establish good customer relationships and a strong brand image through excellent services.

Skills & Experience

Higher Diploma or above

2-3 years of customers service experience; candidates with experience in the automotive industry will be given priority.

Good communication skills and a strong customer services mindset

Proficient in Cantonese English and Mandarin

Holders of Driving Licenese No.1 & 2 will be given priority
