Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our brand's mission and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of three marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, design, and sales, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI

Market Expansion :

  • Identify opportunities to expand our market both locally and internationally, tailoring strategies to different cultural and educational contexts
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential target audiences
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to refine marketing strategies
  • Develop new partnerships and collaborations to amplify our reach and impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying them to enhance the company's marketing efforts
  • Brand Development :

  • Elevate our brand's identity and recognition through creative and consistent messaging and visuals
  • Ensure that our brand values and unique selling points are effectively communicated across all marketing materials
  • Campaign Management :

  • Create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other relevant channels
  • Design and implement engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with parents, educators, and young readers
  • Develop content and materials that highlight the educational benefits and value of our books while aligning with the target audience's needs
  • Digital and Social Media :

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, social media engagement, and email campaigns
  • Create and curate content that appeals to parents and educators, driving engagement and brand loyalty
  • Content Creation :

  • Collaborate with the editorial team to create compelling content, including blog posts, videos, and educational resources that showcase our books' benefits
  • Performance Analysis :

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and campaigns
  • Present regular reports on campaign effectiveness, growth metrics, and areas for improvement
  • Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing with a focus on campaign management and strategy development, with a proven track record of successfully growing brands and expanding markets
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
  • Creative mindset and ability to think innovatively to reach diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools to track campaign performance and draw actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English is preferred, as this role involves international market expansion
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities
