Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing with a focus on campaign management and strategy development, with a proven track record of successfully growing brands and expanding markets
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
Creative mindset and ability to think innovatively to reach diverse audiences
Proficiency in data analysis tools to track campaign performance and draw actionable insights
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluency in both Chinese and English is preferred, as this role involves international market expansion
