Job Description

Responsible for facilitating the entire recruiting function, including, but not limited to, advertising, postings, direct recruiting, resume evaluation, interviews, offers, and salary negotiation.

Being a strategic talent partner for hiring managers about the external candidate market, ensuring we hire the best talent for our positions

Sharing a wealth of experience and knowledge regarding recruiting, advising on position alignments, interview best practices, candidate experience as well as using data to inform your decisions

Lead update meetings on active searches, conducting initial interviews and participating in debriefs; performing reference checks and presenting / negotiating employment offers

Actively market map, source and contact prospective candidates while partnering with our employer branding team to find innovative methods of candidate attraction

Proactively pulls hiring metrics from various sources and can speak to trends beyond the requisition and speak broadly to the market, line of business, or industry

Ensuring a personalized and exceptional candidate journey, ensuring continuous candidate touchpoints

Other ad-hoc task required

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Preferably with a track record of success in high-volume hiring and experience in commercial sales recruitment.

Experienced in active sourcing and attracting the right talent through different channels

Proficient in G Suite and related software; prior experience with ATS systems, including Workday and SmartRecruiters would be a plus.

You are proactive, agile, and have a solutions-driven appr oach to work.

Fluent and an excellent communicator in English and Chinese.
