Job descriptionMinimum of 8 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on data migration andplex data platform projects. Proficiency in data migration tools, ETL processes, and database management systems (, SQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshootplex data issues. Bachelor’s degree inputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification preferred. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills, with the ability to presentplex information clearly. Proven leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams and driving project success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for data migration projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clearmunication and alignment on project goals.
- Oversee the assessment and analysis of existing data structures to identify migration needs and challenges.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and IT staff, to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process by implementing testing protocols.
- Maintainprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and lessons learned.
- Analyze project oues and processes to rmend improvements for future migrations.
