Job descriptionDSE / Form 5 or above At least 8 years relevant experience in fitting out and construction work At least 3 year experience in managerial level Strong technical background and site experience Good communication skill Good Command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Good management skill and can work under pressure and willing to work overtime Well organized, detail minded, responsible, hard-working and self-motivated Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketchup, MS Word and MS Excel
Responsibilities
- Full project co-ordination and to monitor the progress of project on-site
- To co-ordinate with designers, contractors and sub-contractors ensure all construction related activates comply with the stated requirement
- To monitor the financial, contractual and technical for current projects
- To supervise overall site activities and liaise with contractor
- Be able to communicate with / present to Clients
