Responsibility

Responsible for identifying business requirements, functional design, process design, testing, training, defining support procedures, providing ongoing production trouble shooting and end users support for Finance Department;
Work with IT Department and manage vendor to implement solutions that meet the business requirements of Finance Department;
Design work plans for Finance Department to perform user testing and the implementation of financial modules

Requirements

Degree Holder in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline;

8 years of experience in ERP implementation and process design;

Specialized in Oracle Financials, Hyperion Budgeting and Hyperion Financial Management;

Knowledge of R12 experience is an added advantage;

At least 3 years of Oracle Financial module experience in area of AR, AP, GL, FA, CE (including host-to-host), PA, PO and Credit Management;

Experience in non-financial module (e.g. Contract Management, Procurement, etc.) is a plus;

Proven track record in workflow design between various departments is a MUST

Strong system and accounting knowledge; analytical, problem solving and communication skills

Good command in both spoken Chinese & English; Putonghua is an advantage
