What’s Expected of You :
- Formulate and execute business strategies for digital banking channels and related digital channels, delivering innovative digital products / services and enhancements.
- Proactively explore new digital banking solutions to address pain points for both personal and SME customers
- Commit to creating exceptional end-to-end customer experiences on digital channels
- Involve yourself in the project life cycle for digital projects, including user requirements preparation, review of user acceptance test cases and results, preparing customer communication / internal training, etc.
- Uphold the integrity of the team's output and rigorously safeguard the quality of their deliverables
- Initiate marketing campaigns to drive digital adoption and usage
Job Requirements
Degree or above with a major in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, Information Technology, or related disciplines.10+ years of relevant experience in digital banking services or digital product development.Experience and knowledge in SME digital banking platforms would be advantageous.Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best performance.Demonstrate a strong collaborative spirit and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.Proficient in both spoken and written English and ChineseCandidates with less experience will also be considered as Senior Manager
