The Department
The Security and Integrity Department (S&I) is responsible for ensuring the safety of stakeholders at the Club’s premises and events, to manage financial crime risk across the Club’s business lines, and to proactively identify and manage threats to the Club’s racing integrity. Uncompromising integrity is one of the Club’s core values and is key to our business. The department consists of Corporate Security, Racing Security & Integrity Assurance, and Integrity & Financial Crime Risk (FCR) teams.
The job holder reports to the Manager, Financial Crime Risk Investigations. He / She is responsible for assisting the Manager, Financial Crime Risk Investigations in preparing standardised management protocols and systems, conducting law enforcement agencies liaison, and reporting metrics.

The Job
You will :
Non-Racing Integrity Investigations (Staff Misconduct / Criminal Cases)
- Conduct investigations of non-racing integrity breaches and employee misconduct related matters.
- Assist MFCRI to monitors the Club’s ‘Speak-Up’ hotline and email facilities as well as handling referrals from all departments in the Club.
- Compiling investigation reports for senior management in relation to investigations conducted by him.
Law Enforcement Liaison
Liaises with all Law Enforcement Agencies on incoming requests for information and execution of search warrants for information.Establishes communication with Law Enforcement Agencies in order to legitimately obtain information required by the Club from the agencies, as approved by Financial Crime Risk management.Anti-Fraud Management
Assist MFCRI in engaging the vendor to detect any unauthorised use of the Club’s brand, content, or products on websites, social media, mobile apps, and emails;Identifies and assesses trends from the data produced from the brand protection programme.Metrics reporting
Collates all sources of information required for monthly / bi-annual / annual reports and ensures accuracy of data.Integrity Training
Delivers integrity related face-to-face training across the Club and its subsidiaries to ensure all Club employees, at all levels across the organisation, have awareness and understanding of the Club’s core value of integrity, the anti-bribery policy, and the integrity management framework;About You
You should have :
A bachelor degree in any discipline or other tertiary educationA minimum of three years of experience in intelligence and / or investigation work.Strong analysis and reporting skillsProficient in MS Office toolsFluency in both written and spoken English and / or ChinesCandidates with more experience can be considered as Assistant ManagerTerms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
