Answer telephone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
Handle all incoming documents and parcels
Manage meeting room booking and arrange new joiner on board kit
Assist in daily office administrative work related but not limited to stationery and printing, office cleaning and maintenance, travel arrangement, security system, update telephone extension list and floor plan
Coordinate meal request and catering service
Occasionally may require to work on weekend to monitor maintenance job
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Presentable, polite and pleasant
Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
