Job description
Responsibilities
Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
Coordinate with different departments on daily operations
Assist in scheduling internal / external meetings and appointments
Prepare correspondences and documents, reports and meeting papers to support daily operations
Perform ad hoc assignments
Requirements
DSE / HKCEE or above
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience acquired from property developer or sizable company is an advantage
Responsible, self-initiated, good organization and time management skills with high integrity
Able to handle multi tasks and work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
