Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
  • Coordinate with different departments on daily operations
  • Assist in scheduling internal / external meetings and appointments
  • Prepare correspondences and documents, reports and meeting papers to support daily operations
  • Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements

  • DSE / HKCEE or above
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience acquired from property developer or sizable company is an advantage
  • Responsible, self-initiated, good organization and time management skills with high integrity
  • Able to handle multi tasks and work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
