Responsibilities
A) Sourcing new partners & Channels
1) Source, identify and engage external partners for business referrals
2) Ongoing engagement and relationship management of partners
3) Lead and support any offsite and roadshow events as required
B) Partner and Business Introducer Onboarding
1) Onboarding partners and business introducers as per policy and procedures including KYC and CDD
C) Treasures acquisition and account opening
1) Acquire new Treasures customers through partners and external channels
2) Ensure account opening as per policy and procedures
D) Data and Industry development
1) Data analytics and customer insights to develop relevant activities / campaigns
2) Monitorpetitor activities and respond to market changes
3) Keep abreast of industry and regulatory developments to ensure alignment of business strategy
E) Salesernance andpliance Control
1) Adhere to bank's policies, standards, operations guidelines / procedures, security and internal control measures.
2)ply with thepliance and regulatory requirements and code of conduct, particularly those applicable to the course of selling sales staff's licensing and fitness & properness, KYC, FNA, anti-money laundering & documentationpleteness in a / c opening & in each deal.
3)ply with the registered capacity as well as any conditions imposed by the HKMA and other regulatory bodies. This includespliance with the applicable requirements of the Code of Conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the SFC
