Job Description

  • Responsible for daily operations in Front Office
  • Handle guests’ enquiries or complaints
  • Supervise Front Office team to perform and maintain good service to guests

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in Hotel Front Office operation
  • Knowledge of Opera system is preferred
  • Good customer service and problem solving skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Service Supervisor
