Luxury packaging & promotional solution for global beauty industry
Main clients : international luxurious cosmetic & skin care brands
Main market : France and Europe;
Minor market : US and APAC
We are looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

Tertiary education

5+ years of experience in sales experience in the beauty packaging industry; preferably of managerial or senior level

Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills; ability to drive the sales process from plan to close; excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.

Strong understanding of the beauty packaging industry, including market trends and customer preferences.

Fluency in English, Chinese, Cantonese / Mandarin

Generate business by providing professional service to existing customers; as well as developing new potential customers

Identify and develop new customers in the beauty packaging industry, focusing on international luxurious cosmetic and skincare brands in the APAC region.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and they receive excellent service.

Effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Work closely with Product Teams and Merchandising teams for daily operation routines

Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to target new and existing customers.

Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

Develop and propose promotional strategies to enhance the company's luxury packaging solutions.

Focus on increasing business for the company by exploring new markets, expanding the customer base, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Concentrate on expanding the company's presence in the APAC region, specifically targeting beauty brands in Hong Kong, China, and other Asia-Pacific countries.
