Responsibilities :
Handle document filing, land / company searches, and visa-related tasks
Manage mail collection, sorting, and distribution
Provide courier and fax services
Support mailroom and printroom functions
Monitor and order office supplies
Assist with conference room setups and internal office moves
Help with document scanning, indexing, and destruction
Answer incoming calls and support general maintenance tasks
Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as needed
Requirements :
Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office is preferred
Good communication and a collaborative team spirit
Flexible, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks
Willing to work shifts and adapt to changing priorities
Prior experience in office support is a plus
