Digital Lead Product Owner - Insurance

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital product roadmap for the agency channel, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with agency leaders, sales teams, and technology partners to identify needs and opportunities for digital transformation.
• Lead the development of digital tools, including agent portals, mobile applications, and CRM integrations, to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
• Partner with internal departments, such as IT, marketing, and operations, along with external agency partners, to ensure that digital products meet market demands.
• Ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for agents and customers by leveraging data-driven insights and user feedback.
• Oversee the product backlog and ensure that requirements are well-documented, prioritized, and understood by the development teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance digital capabilities within the agency channel.
• Track key metrics, analyze data, and continuously improve digital solutions to drive adoption and effectiveness
• Provide agents with the necessary resources and training to effectively adopt and utilize digital solutions.
• Ensure all digital initiativesply with regulatory requirements and maintain high security standards.
