Job descriptionDegree / Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) or related discipline Registered Safety Officer under F&IU Ordinance; Registered Safety Auditor is an advantage Minimum 5 years’ post-registration OSH working experience (as Client or corporate role) in construction / FM industry; applicant with less experiences is considered as Safety Officer Holder of valid first aid certificate Knowledge of ISO 45001 is an advantage Good commend of both spoken and written Chinese and English Good PC knowledge Experience in drafting operation manuals and establishing standards, guidelines and / or procedures is a plus Good communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and external parties
The Department
Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
The Job
You will :
- Assist to develop, implement and maintain the safety management system and initiatives in Property Department
- Coordinate with site team in conducting risk assessments on operational activities
- Plan and conduct the safety trainings and promotion
- Conduct safety inspections to the project sites, workshops and facilities
- Conduct incident investigation and analysis
- Assist in monitoring the compliance with all relevant OSH legislations, and prepare the relevant reports
- Perform any other duties as assigned
