Assistant Manager (Marketing Communication)

We are seeking a creative and strategic Assistant Manager to join our MBA Marketing and Admissions team. This role focuses on content development, brand storytelling, and digital engagement to strengthen the HKUST MBA brand across markets and industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, digital communications, and market intelligence, with a passion for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with prospective students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Branding and Content Development

• Develop and manage high-quality content across digital platforms, including website, email campaigns, social media, and program brochures.
• Ensure all communications reflect the HKUST MBA brand voice and positioning, with consistency and impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce multimedia content that enhances engagement and drives recruitment outcomes.
• Maintain editorial calendars and oversee content updates to ensure relevance and timeliness.

Market Intelligence and Research

Recruitment Support and Relationship Management

Qualifications

(Duration : 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
