Business Analyst

ob Responsibilities

• Collaborate with end users, stakeholders, and IT to collect and assess business needs.

• Prepare test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system developments.

• Monitor potential production issues, conduct regression tests, and resolve errors.

• Assist with follow-ups after new guidelines are launched.

• Work with the IT team to track and ensure resolution of defects identified during UAT.

• Provide assistance to team leaders as needed.

• Support project managers in delivering the Client for Life strategy through digital initiatives, process re-engineering, and automation to enhance customer experience.

• Collaborate frequently with team members across functions to ensure clear stakeholder communication.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years' BA experience in the Life Insurance industry, with a solid understanding of products and operations.

• Understanding on Claims/ Policy admin/ Underwriting is a must

• Proven track record of successfully delivering initiatives.

• Understanding of IT systems for process streamlining and service improvements

• Strong skills in preparing user requirement documents, conducting UAT, and reporting.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
