Senior Associate, Bilateral Team -

Operations Department - Loans Operations

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

Provide processing support and checker duty primary to bilateral loan transactions including loan drawdown, rollover, fee collection and SWIFT payment, etc.
Prepare and check Banking Returns, Head Office’s reports and MIS reports
Assist team head to supervise the execution of administrative tasks in the team including documents filing, scanning and warehousing, etc.
Backup support the duties on processing daily syndication loan transactions
Provide support in ad hoc tasks and projects relating to loans operations

Requirements :

Secondary education or equivalent with minimum 8 years’ hands-on corporate loans operations experience and at least 3 years in supervisory level; Degree holder with less experience will also be considered

Good knowledge in corporate loan product processing and risk control

Fluent spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)

Well versed with MS Office, hands-on coding experience, e.g., VBA, Alteryx, Excel Macro, etc. will be an advantage
