Plan resource and lead a small team to manage the operation in Telecom Data Center meeting the requirement of ISO Quality and Security Standard
Carry out emergency support duties in Telecom Data Center
Assist manager to formulate daily operation manual, event handling procedures, business continuity planning (BCP)
Produce operation / incident reports
Manage / communicate with customers
To succeed in the role
Degree / Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering with 3-year (degree), 5-year (HD) experiences in Telecom Data Center or less experience with strong recommendation will also be considered
Acquired CDCP certificate
Acquired ITIL, AOS or VCP is an advantage
Experience in customer handling
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
