Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Engineering, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing necessary materials.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the Head of Engineering and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Prepare and distribute project updates, reports, and presentations to relevant parties.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are engaged and informed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, or administrative roles, preferably from engineering or manufacturing industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
