Family Butler / Personal Assistant (Up to $65k)

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for handling C-level / executives' personal and family affairs, travel arrangements, and personal commitments.
• Supervising the children's activities and studies, providing learning advice and guidance;
• Regularly communicate with extracurricular activity tutors to schedule and book lessons, arranging dates and times.
• Coordinate with tutors to help optimize learning effectiveness.
• Oversee all household matters, including renovation projects, ordering, maintenance, etc.
• Responsible for all household matters and managing a team of helpers and workers
• Assist in scheduling the family member’s daily activities
• Assist with the household purchasing and procurement
• Organize and arrange family events

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 6 years of working experience in Executive / Personal Assistant, Butler, Household Management. Prefer working in alarge firms
• Able to work as a coordinator and strong in multitasking.
• Hardworking, flexible and good at problem-solving.
• Well-mannered, well-organized, and detail-minded.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
