We are partnering with a global consulting firm as client to assist their recruitment of a Receptionist. Reporting to the Office Manager, the role will support ~100 users and provide receptionist and administrative support on top of events arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the 'first point of contact' for the office staff and guests
Manage daily administrative such as handling incoming calls, guests greeting and managing couriers / mail
Assist with onboard / offboarding of staff, issuing visitor access passes, participate with vendor management and procurement duties on stationaries and office supplies.
Organize office events and assist with the setup of room
Job Requirements
Diploma holder or above with at least 1 year of relevant receptionist working experience.
Prior experience gained from financial institution / law firm / professional services provider is mandatory
Bubbly, energetic and upbeat communication style
Strong interpersonal skills and can work well with both internal stakeholders and external guests and vendors
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
