Job description

Job Responsibilities :

Prepare BIM drawings and models based on the engineer’s instruction
Modify and update BIM deliverables for projects
Prepare construction analysis and simulation based on the engineer’s instruction
Attend and assist in project coordination meetings with internal and external parties
Assist project manager to perform relevant job duties

Requirements :

A diploma or above in non-related disciplines but interested in this field will be considered also

Willing to develop a career path in this field

Practical experience in using AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Construction, and Building Services is highly preferred

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Must be organized, results-driven, and proactive with the ability to multitask

Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, and knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of BIM Modeller

Training :

All successful candidates will be provided with a 3 month BIM project-based training under the guidance and supervision of our senior BIM Engineers.

Qualified candidates will be provided with the best offer in base BIM training

Working Locations :

19 / F Nathan Commercial Building, No.430 Nathan Road. Kowloon.
