Responsibility
- Responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the company’s development strategy, including the formulation and implementation of medium-to-long-term and annual plans.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of departmental performance evaluation plans.
- Oversee and manage the company’s budgeting processes.
- Manage the company’s organizational structure and departmental responsibilities.
- Lead the formulation of company regulations and process standards, and supervise the implementation of management systems.
- Organize and implement the company’s meeting systems, including assisting with decision-making procedures related to the Board of Directors, arranging key meetings such as the President’s Executive Meetings and weekly meetings, and ensuring the execution of meeting resolutions.
- Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mobile Communications, Business Administration, Information Management, or related fields.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in general management or corporate affairs is preferred.Familiarity with mobile communication business is a plus.Excellent communication and coordination skills; adept at managing cross-departmental relationships and driving execution.Strong writing skills for official documents and reports.Good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage.
