Position overview

As the (Senior) CRM Executive at Vita Green, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing loyalty programs, CRM systems, and VIP reward programs. You will work closely with different parties to develop and implement CRM strategies to acquire new members, or to enhance members’ experience. Requirements

What you’ll be doing

  • Loyalty Program Management : Manage and optimize loyalty programs, CRM system and VIP reward program;
  • CRM Strategy Development : Assist in developing, planning and execution of CRM strategies and promotions according to the Group’s objective in order to achieve KPIs as assigned;
  • Data Analysis & Insights : Analyze database for formulating CRM initiatives in order to drive sales, acquisition and loyalty of members;
  • Campaign & Event Management : Plan and organize creative CRM campaigns, workshops or events to enhance members’ experience;
  • Marketing Communications : Design and create promotional messages and materials to deliver effective and seamless communications engaging members via in-store POP, eDM, social media platforms and etc.;
  • Partnership Development : Explore and identify opportunities for joint promotions with potential partners to increase member database and offer more value to existing members;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with the Key Account team to develop and enhance loyalty programs;
  • Liaise and work closely with internal or external parties to ensure efficient operations and timely rollout of CRM activities;
  • Data Quality Maintenance : Maintain Data Quality via regular database cleansing or campaign operation
  • Ad-Hoc Support : Support any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Who we’re looking for

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing or similar field with at least 3 -5 years working experience in CRM field
  • Experience with BI & visualization tools
  • Hands on experience with CRM tools (e.g. Oracle ORCE, ELOQUA) and Whatsapp Business tools(e.g. Omnichat,  Sleek flow)
  • Experienced of developing CRM strategy and program
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with partner organizations for mutual promotional activities
  • Strong understanding of CRM, database management and segmentation;
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with creative mindset;
  • Good communication skill and presentation skill to all levels of stakeholders
  • Self-driven with can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output
