Job Position : Business Administration Manager

Location :  Kwai Chung

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the organization comprising general affairs, human resources, and accounting departments.
  • Execute tasks using accounting personnel, especially in general affairs and human resources where there are no specialists.
  • Prepare regular reports (including verification of corporate monthly revenue documents).
  • Manage overall company operations.

Requirements :

  • Over 5 years of experience in managing general affairs and human resources. Knowledge of accounting is a plus.
  • Good command of English , Mandarin, Native Cantonese.  Japanese speaking is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and organisational control.
  • Ability to think flexibly, listen to and understand others' opinions, and construct one's own ideas.
  • Strong reporting, communication, and consultation skills.
  • Ability to meet work deadlines.
