Job Description

Assist Manager to perform purchasing activities from sourcing, negotiation, development supplier network and long -term partnership

Prepare and follow up purchase order, request quotation and fulfill shop’s queries

Arrange logistics delivery and monitor purchase order process

Update inventory / delivery & supplier records

Responsible for price negotiation, process purchase orders and confirm delivery with the suppliers, liaise with suppliers to resolve purchasing issues

Liaise and follow up with internal and external parties for business related issues of retail shops

Out-door work needed

Perform ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements :

Good in written English and Chinese as well as Putonghua

Expected 5 years working experience at least

Proficient in SAP is an advantage

Good command in Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Mature, Self-motivated, well organized, work accurately, with a strong sense of responsibility & good interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, Proactive and strong communication skill
