Job descriptionDiploma or above in Hospitality or other related disciplines Minimum 3 years of experience in the Hotel or Service Industry, preferably in Front Office or Airline Operations Self-motivated and well organized individuals Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
We are looking for a Horizon Club Host based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Horizon Club Host, we rely on you to :
- Provide personalised guest services with warm and attentive services
- Document guest preferences and assist with special arrangement as requested by the guests
- Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Provide F&B services to guests in the Lounge promptly and efficiently
- Assist guests with airline reservations, confirmations, handling of messages, transportation arrangements, city tours, restaurant reservations etc.
