Are you looking to take your career to the next level? SHL is hiring for an Enterprise Growth Account Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. This individual will drive growth to the business, while identifying solutions to aid in growing ARR.

What you will be doing :

  • As an Enterprise Growth Account Manager, you will join super dynamic Team that is driving our most exciting growth accounts and opportunities.
  • Your mission will be to grow the ARR spend of a portfolio of high-potential existing customers. You will define action-orientated territory and account plans and implement them by engaging with new and existing senior contacts to uncover new opportunities aligned with their business and talent priorities. You may need to define the business development action plan towards the target accounts defined by the region.
  • You will transform opportunities by creating relevant and outcome driven proposals, mobilizing the right internal resources along the way.
  • The range and versatility of our capabilities will enable you to explore growth opportunities across the full talent lifecycle (Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Succession Planning...).
  • You will partner with a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for the retention and growth of the existing contracts in your portfolio.

What we are looking for from you

  • Successful commercial experience in SaaS Sales (ideally HR) Account Management or Business Development.
  • Strong interest in SHL’s offering and market opportunity.
  • Proactiveness, accountability, structure, result orientation, curiosity, adaptability and ability to mobilize others.
  • Must Process a bachelor degree. Prefer to have knowledge on IO Psychology, HR and Recruitment
  • Must be fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Good written English and Chinese.
