We are seeking a proactive  Human Resources Officer  to support their HR initiatives across multiple business units. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about recruitment, compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment initiatives from strategic talent sourcing and candidate assessment to seamless onboarding and offboarding processes
• Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and align talent strategies with organizational goals
• Advise business leaders on organizational development matters including workforce planning, performance optimization, and employee engagement strategies
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding
• Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies across all jurisdictions
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management
