Job descriptionBachelor Degree or above in Corporate or Commercial Law or equivalent 5+ years’ of corporate legal experience in commercial firm, preferably gained from financial institutions or listed company Familiar in Corporate Law and able to provide valuable consultation and recommendation against legal matters Presentable with strong communication skill and able to be a good team member Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Description :
Our client is a HK listed investment firm with significant growth in the market and now looking for a potential incumbent to oversee the legal matters.
The role :
- Act as in-house counsel to provide general legal advice and support, with principal focus on service agreements, commercial contracts and banking facilities
- Conduct legal research for case verification, due diligence, contractual and other corporate documents
- Serve as a strategic legal advisor to the Chairman and senior management
- Draft, review and advise on general legal and business documentation
- Communicate and liaise with relevant parties and regulators
- Seek consultation and co-ordinate with outside counsel and relevant professional advisers
- Provide in-house legal training to staff members as required
