Responsibilities

Responsible in building up the fixed ie platform
Act as both a sales trader and product owner for our digital bond products.
Localize and adapt digital bond products to meet the needs of the Hong Kong market.
Execute bond trades and provide market-making services, primarily coordinating with our headquarters.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand our presence in Hong Kong.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
Potential to take on management responsibilities as the business grows.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in bond sales and trading. Experience working in both Chinese and international firms is preferred. Start-up experience is a bonus.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong network for investment-grade global bonds.

Proven track record in product ownership and market-making.

Strong client relationship management abilities.

Ability to work independently and drive business growth.

Fluent in both English and Chinese.
