In this position, you will :
- Campus marketing channel management.
- Communicate and coordinate marketing plans with internal partners.
- Development of potential operator channel partners.
- Assistance with daily business back-end operations.
- Data analysis and sales optimization.
- Responsible for weekly / monthly sales tracking, KPI tracking, and providing insights for optimization and improvement.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing, e-commerce, new media operation and other related majors is preferred.At least 3-5 years of market / business experience (candidates with experience in operators or related fields are preferred).Familiar with the operation rules and marketing tools of social media and e-commerce platform.Have good market analysis, marketing planning ability, can independently complete the activity planning and implementation.Strong enthusiasm and sensitivity, able to quickly grasp market trends and user preferences.Strong learning ability and stress resistance, able to adapt to the rapidly changing work environment.Skilled in Office software and related marketing tools, such as Photoshop, PR, etc.Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.Candidates with more experience will be considered as “Assistant Project Manager”.
