Job descriptionEducation : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business / Administration Management, or related field. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or cost control. Skills : Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, SAP, ERP). Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills. Understanding of financial regulations and compliance. Strong attentiveness to details with the ability to work independently & under pressure Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Your Role
- Assist the Management to develop and manage the department’s annual Opex budget target, ensuring optimal fund allocation.
- Assist the Management to provide financial insights to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor expenses, analyze budget performance, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Prepare detailed budget reports to support management in financial decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and assist with audits.
- Lead to coordinate financial transactions such as invoicing, payments, budget transfers with finance team
- Lead to reconcile invoices, process payments and maintain accurate financial records for the internal teams
