General Manager

IMAGE HAIR SALOON LIMITED is a premier hair and beauty chain with four branches in Kowloon. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and innovative styling services. Join our dynamic team and lead our growth!

Descriptions Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations of 4 branches in Jordan, Kowloon.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop business strategies to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Monitor budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.

3+ years of managerial experience (salon / beauty industry preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, Nepali and Punjabi (Cantonese a plus).
