The Opportunity
Reporting to the APAC CFO to help them deliver strategic support to region boards on business planning and driving business performance.
Lead the East Asia Finance team and day to day delivery to the Region leadership of key financial insights and other financial support to help them drive towards ABP and other key targets.
Deliver the Business Partnering and Financial Planning & Analysis support to the Region help drive the financial and commercial performance of the business.
Lead the business partnering teams in the Region and their support to relevant Geographies, Groups and Portfolios to help them drive towards their targets.

Is this role right for you?
Coordinate with centrally led, globally integrated Financial Operations, including Manila Shared Services centre and other globally integrated finance functions including Statutory accounting / Tax to ensure these elements are delivered effectively into the Region.
Liaise closely with members of the globally integrated Finance team to ensure a joined up delivery across the Region and Arup.
Drive delivery of the Annual Business Plan, including supporting the Region in actions to meet and / or exceed its targets, with a particular focus of delivery within the ‘Sal to Revenue’ model parameters.
Take part in aspects of the wider Finance Leadership Team including involvement in any ad hoc projects.
Support delivery of the objectives of the Commercial initiatives including business recovery taskforce priorities.
Coordinate and collaborate with other integrated functions including Company secretarial, DT, HSEQ, Legal, M&C, People, Arup University.
Continue own personal / professional development to evolve your finance leadership skills and experience
Travel within Regional Geographies to establish and maintain relationships and oversight, and to globally agreed leadership meetings from time to time.
Complete fluency in English & Cantonese / Mandarin with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Based in Hong Kong.
