Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of business plans and strategies
- Conduct market research andpetitive analysis to inform planning decisions.
- Analyze financial, claim and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and dashboards to present insights to management
- Work closely with different teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, marketing to gather input and ensure alignment on business objectives
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus on planning initiatives
- Support the budgeting process by coordinating inputs from various departments
- Monitor budgetpliance and provide variance analysis to stakeholders
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.
- Rmend adjustments to plans based on performance data and feedback
- Prepare sales presentation / munication material
- Prepare and maintainprehensive documentation of business plans, processes, and procedures.
- Generate regular reports for senior management on planning progress and oues.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and new initiatives.
- Ensure projects arepleted on time and within scope and budgets
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years working experienceGoodmunication skills to simplifyplicated benefit design to layman termsGood personal skills to liaise with business partners and external partiesProficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written, Putonghua a plusWith relevant insurance license is preferredOthers :
