The Company

One of a fast growing securities firm in Hong Kong is looking for a Head of Finance for their HK accounting team.They are looking for someone with solid FRR and good communication skills in Mandarin.

The R ole

• 1、2、4、5、6、9号财务资源规则（FRR）及财务申报表。
• SFC财务管理责任（MIC），确保合规运营。
• Oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions for both the group and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with the Financial Resources Rules and Financial Return Reports (FRR 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, & 9) as mandated by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
• Act as the financial Management Information Coordinator (MIC) for the company.
• Collaborate in the preparation of various statistical reports and financial budgets.
• Work alongside internal audit and tax audit teams to provide necessary data for auditing processes.
• Engage proactively with business units and the group company to reconcile client transactions and bank activities, ensuring accuracy in deposits and withdrawals.
• Drive the implementation of special projects and complete additional tasks assigned by management.
