The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for Supply Chain & Sales Admin Executive to join our North Asia Commercial team on a full time basis.

Reporting to the Country Manager, North Asia, core focus of the role is to provide support in the demand review cycle and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver results to support company’s target and strategies for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea market. Role aims to improve planning and coordination to prevent potential losses and build expertise in proactively managing supply chain challenges for the markets with MOQ concern, low trade stock level at key accounts, and the need for rapid market responses.

In this role, the incumbent will be responsible to support sales team on preparing sales reports, stock allocation among channels and payment. Successful incumbent will collaborate with cross functional teams, clients and partners regarding sales activities and undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

Key Accountabilities & Performance Indicators

Monitor the inventory level and minimize excess and obsolete inventory

  • Align with Finance, and different sources, for a consistent and accurate inventory closing report.
  • Track shelf life.
  • Be cognizant of opportunities to share MOQ for high MOQ / Low demand SKUs with supply chain counterparts in other markets

Prepare accurate forecasting

  • Updating DS tool with the closing inventory, total inventory movements, good received and revised forecast each cycle.
  • Communicate with external supplier partners to manage and reconcile all issues related to orders / shipments

  • Create and maintain a dynamic Open order tracker for all POs, for easy reference and consistent tracking.
  • Follow up with CMOs on production / delivery plan and escalate deviations.
  • Track and manage CMO OTIF and 3PL service performance.

    Coordinate with distributors, customers and suppliers to ensure order delivery

    Support in sales and marketing duties such as analysing sales data and providing sales reports, coordinating logistics and expenses for sales / marketing events

  • Perform other related tasks assigned by superior
  • About You

    To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications, skills, experience and personal attributes :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, IT or Marketing.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience working in a supply chain, sales coordinator or merchandising, preferably for a FMCG company.  Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Supply Chain & Sales Admin Executive role.
  • A team player who is able to work well with colleagues across different functions
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently with attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese, preferrable with some understanding of Korean.
  • Proficient in MS office, excellent skill in Excel.
  • Be service minded and mature, with a pleasant personality and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and good management skills
