The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for Supply Chain & Sales Admin Executive to join our North Asia Commercial team on a full time basis.
Reporting to the Country Manager, North Asia, core focus of the role is to provide support in the demand review cycle and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver results to support company’s target and strategies for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea market. Role aims to improve planning and coordination to prevent potential losses and build expertise in proactively managing supply chain challenges for the markets with MOQ concern, low trade stock level at key accounts, and the need for rapid market responses.
In this role, the incumbent will be responsible to support sales team on preparing sales reports, stock allocation among channels and payment. Successful incumbent will collaborate with cross functional teams, clients and partners regarding sales activities and undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
Key Accountabilities & Performance Indicators
Monitor the inventory level and minimize excess and obsolete inventory
Prepare accurate forecasting
Communicate with external supplier partners to manage and reconcile all issues related to orders / shipments
Track and manage CMO OTIF and 3PL service performance.
Coordinate with distributors, customers and suppliers to ensure order delivery
Support in sales and marketing duties such as analysing sales data and providing sales reports, coordinating logistics and expenses for sales / marketing events
