TRAINEE : Structured Products Application DevOps

IT (Information Technology) Trainee Hong Kong, Hong Kong Hybrid Reference 25000F3U Start date 2025 / 08 / 11 Publication date 2025 / 07 / 09

Responsibilities

Manage users’ requests, gather information and communicate through different channels
Investigate, identify and resolve incidents and problems
Propose and develop solutions using technologies Java, C#
Collaborate with other IT development and infrastructure teams to ensure the stability of production
Monitor application and chain health. Build monitoring using external tools and develop in-house monitoring tool
Take initiatives to reduce the operational risks and improve efficiency of day-to-day production

Profile required

Hold a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar majors

Have good knowledge on Unix and SQL

Capable to understand and code with programming languages ( Java or C#)

Willing to learn, able to learn quickly

Have good communication and interpersonal skills

Have positive mindset and work as a team player

Fluent in English is mandatory
