Head of Application

A well-known organization is hiring the Head of Application to manage a regional team of 100 across APAC region. This role focuses on application support, modernization, and project delivery, with a strong emphasis on DevOps and AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application modernization and cloud-native transformation.
• Manage large teams and ensure SLA, cost, and performance targets.
• Design and implement DevOps pipelines and CI / CD workflows.
• Collaborate on AI integration for intelligent automation.
• Ensure security and compliance through DevSecOps practices.
• Optimize application performance using observability tools.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; PMP preferred.
• 15+ years of experience, including 6+ years in a senior leadership role .
• Strong background in application development and project management.
• Proven client-facing experience is a must
• Familiarity with AI, ML, and Big Data technologies.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; excellent leadership and communication skills.
