About the Role :
- You will operate at the Group level, partnering with the Head of HR on policy areas, reward design and analysis, and the implementation of other reward-related initiatives.
- Analyse market surveys and best practices to enhance talent attraction and retention.
- Prepare and oversee the HR budget, providing analytic for decision-making.
- Advise on C&B policies, review and enhance processes for operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the parentpany's HR and work with HR teams of subsidiaries on regular and ad-hoc reporting, as well as the implementation of group initiatives.
- Deliver HR analytic, reports, and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements :
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.Possess a minimum of 5 -15+ years of experience, preferably gained from sizeable organisations. Candidates with experience operating at the Group level or within Chinesepanies will have an added advantage.Demonstrate proven expertise in managing total rewards, possess strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and have a keen eye for detail.Highly proficient in data analysis tools; strong Excel skills.Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.More experienced candidates will be considered for more senior positions
