Job descriptionDiploma or Degree holder in IT or related disciplines At least 2 years of relevant working experience in system infrastructure and security support Knowledge of infrastructural installation, intrusion detection systems and data backup Proficiency in end users support and troubleshooting skill Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server, Novell OES and Linux is an advantage Shift duty is required including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday, shift allowance will be provided Kindly provide a detailed resume including your current and expected salary, as well as your availability date

System Support Officer
To cope with the company development, we are now seeking for the professional incumbent to fill the above position.
Descriptions Responsibilities :
- Provide end-users technical support and maintain IT operations
- Perform support & administration on servers, security applicances, networking devices, firewall and video conference solutions
- Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, processes, guidelines and related corporate standards establishment
- Responding to and resolving system-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner
- Assisting with system installations, configurations, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
- Document and maintain accurate records of system configurations, procedures, troubleshooting guides and inventory control
