Operations Supervisor

Job descriptionDegree or above in logistics / supply chain management or related disciplines; 3 years of relevant working experience in courier, express, freight or hub management; Good command in both written and verbal Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus; Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (esp. Excel, Powerpoint); Good communication and proactive to get the job done timely and accurately; Team player and able to manage priority under stress and deadline
Accountabilities
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely action to the customer
- Monitor operations team members to ensure that the full outbound cycle is done in using safe practices
- Manage schedule and shifts of all the team members to ensure the availability of adequate staffing
- Prepare and control outbound performance analysis for the warehouse staff
- Generate and handle all receiving shipments tokens by back office and making the shipment ready for collection
- Assist ad hoc project as assigned
