About Your Role :

As a Wealth Management Manager, you will :

• Enhance our members' customer experience and foster enduring relationships.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, including face-to-face sales and roadshows.
• Provide comprehensive after-sales services, including policy confirmation and up- / cross-selling of insurance products.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Address customer engagement projects and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee inquiries and enrollments from our Online-to-Offline (O2O) platform.
