Job descriptionDiploma or above Fluent spoken written English, Mandarin and Chinese (Cantonese) 8-10 years of logistics and shipping experience and min 5 years of relevant experience in steel materials field, e.g. copper, nickel, etc. Good knowledge of L / C payments & Bank documents Experience in using SAP system; good Excel skills Detail-minded, responsible and a good team player
Introduction :
Our client, a well-established manufacturing of Base Metal Materials is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings :
Responsibilities :
- Liaising with Sales Account Manager with regards to contract execution and pricing status of the contracts
- Setting-up and maintaining a planned shipments calendar
- Communication with customers for payment and delivery
- Monitoring / reconciliation stock positions
- Monitoring / reconciliation timely receipt of funds
- Receiving and checking L / C documents
- Ad hoc assignments
