To lead and optimise the quality and impact of marketing and promotional campaigns for the retail bank, including segments, products, services and channels
To promote and optimise the Group’s brand image and reputation
To manage and advocate the Group’s corporate ID
To plan and manage the Bank’s branch retail image and display strategy
To support and coordinate the Group’s crisis communications and reputation risk management efforts
Job Responsibilities :
To work closely with product teams to plan, develop, organise and drive effective and quality multi-channel marketing communications campaigns for RBD’s products, services and channels, including helping to formulate and articulate campaign positioning and key messages, and leveraging the full breadth of marketing communications mix, including but not limited to ATL and BTL promotions, PR promotions, digital / social media marketing, POP displays, awards, events and sponsorships, etc
To manage agencies and external parties on creative development, media placement and production for branding and marketing campaigns
To maximise and manage media exposure for the Group, and to increase the Bank’s share of voice and positive exposure in traditional and online media through proactive and strategic PR efforts
To manage and advocate the Group’s corporate ID to optimise the Group’s brand image and to ensure compliance with guidelines in application across bank-wide retail marketing campaigns and branch displays, etc.
To plan and manage the Bank’s branch retail image and display strategy, including consistency in corporate ID applications in branch design and décor, and recommendation and support for ongoing branch display strategy to support sales efforts for ongoing RBD marketing campaigns
To support and execute Group CPR needs as necessary, including PR support for CBD and DSB China, corporate events, ESG and / or CSR activities, etc
To support in coordinating the Group’s crisis communications and reputation risk management efforts
To manage, track and ensure responsible and effective use of allocated resources and budgets for all assigned marketing communications initiatives
To manage and coach team of direct reports in the timely and quality execution of marketing and communications programmes and initiatives
Incumbent Requirements
Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications and related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, advertising and / or PR
Solid knowledge of retail banking products and services
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Self-motivated with strong analytical and planning skills
Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight schedule
Strong team player and good people skills for managing multiple stakeholders and for motivating and guiding team members
