• Associate Degree / Diploma holder, HKDSE 5 subjects level 2 or above (including Chinese and English) or equivalent
• Open to new opportunities, being agile and solution-oriented to overcome challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with service users and cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks independently and meet tight deadlines
• Mature and responsible work attitude
• 1 year of relevant working experience in elderly, rehabilitation, or healthcare services
• Completion of a recognized course in Occupational Therapy Assistant will be an advantage
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Identify new Gerontech Service opportunities based on market trends and customer needs. Explore ways to improve the accessibility and reach of Gerontech services
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the Gerontech education and rental service. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective promotional strategies, events, and seminars
• Provide assessments and arrange the rental and usage of Gerontech equipment for the elderly living at home and their carers. Conduct home visits, install equipment, provide training, and perform regular follow-ups
• Responsible for rental service case management, including scheduling assessments, rental payments, deliveries, installations, cleaning and maintenance, and coordination with different departments
