Job Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
• Identify potential project risks and develop effective contingency and mitigation plans.
• Proactively address technical and operational challenges to minimize disruptions.
• Manage a small team of local and offshore developers, providing guidance and support.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and business units.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Provide hands-on technical involvement in the development and maintenance of web-based systems.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across projects.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report status.
• Provide support for production incidents, including investigation, resolution, and post-incident analysis.
• Participate in and coordinate production deployments, ensuring minimal impact to business operations.
